Refunds

The users of the BiGi PRO application are guaranteed a full refund during the 30 days after the service for which the user is unsatisfied with has been payed for. The user is not obliged to explain his/her decision.

The refund will be made on the account that completed the payment, in a span of 30 days from the day of receiving the refund request.
